Movement & Function Bootcamp
This is a slower pace (don't worry, it builds up, and you will still get sweaty) class which focuses on the form and movement of each exercise. This will help you feel and focus each muscle working and burning. Each class will focus on a different muscle group and exercise. Be prepared to feel the BURN!
Sweat & Tears Bootcamp
This bootcamp will challenge you to the core, the very thing that can prepare you for anything while making you a lean, mean freaking machine! This program will test your mettle to the max while shedding a few tears and a few buckets of sweat along the way.
Functional yoga is founded on the principles of yoga, combined with an understanding of and education in physiology, biomechanics and anatomy, to help you relieve your pain, improve your flexibility, enhance your strength, and develop your ability to relax and connect more presently to what is important to you.
